In 1997 five of the Hiner girls decided the Internet needed a comprehensive cosmetics web site and set about making that happen. CosmeticsHandbook.Com is the latest approximation of that endeavor and is still a work in progress. We welcome any suggestions and will add products, reviews and ratings as we find them.
